What is Turnaround Time? Turnaround time is the length of time it will take us to create your final product from the time we receive the files to the time it leaves our office to be shipped to you. Electronic files can be sent to us via our FTP site or by clicking here to email the file. Please also see the list of files we support. Do we offer flat printing? Yes, at no additional cost. What are our standard ink colors? We offer 13 standard ink colors.
