FILES WE SUPPORT - TEAM CONCEPT PRINTING

You have questions. We have answers.
While we try our best to accommodate every program we can, there are certain programs that we have come across that are more difficult for us to use in producing your product than others. We now accept files in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Publisher; however, we would prefer if those programs are used that you please save the file as a PDF with fonts and links embedded. If you are unable to do this, please provide us with all fonts and logos that we will need to produce the file as well as COLOR-SEPARATED art so, if necessary, we can scan the card into our system to be produced.  In order to ensure that your order is produced quickly, it is very important that you attach a copy of the art to any order that you supply on disk. This will help to determine if the font and the graphics appear as they should when we open your file in one of our programs. When emailing a file, it is also important that you fax in a copy of the order including the name of the e-mail attachment and the name of the e-mail address it is coming from. Please also include a copy of the art as well. All of this will help us to locate your file and produce your product in a timely manner.

As always, don't forget to send ALL fonts (including those in graphics) and the graphics themselves.
